The same brew vessel is used for Mash Tun and later as Wort Kettle with internal boiler. Like in the industry mash tun the mash will be heated by steam though heating jacket bottom and side. It helps mash to increase temperature quickly and gently. The steeping mashing brings more efficiency and make lautering easier. The agitator is under the boiler, which is possible to remove from below of mash tun. The internal boiler has capacity up to 12% of evaporation rate.
It works like normal Mash Tun and Wort Kettle. Mash will be heated by steam though jacket, and wort will be heated through internal boiler. The mash will be pumped into Lauter tun and come back as wort after lautering.
